Intourist Travel Shop, 100% VAO Intourist controlled company, announces opening 8 new retail outlets in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Omsk. At this moment Intourist Travel Shop retail chain includes more then 400 offices. At the newly opened travel agencies single service standards of Intourist Travel Shop are adopted and controlled.
Intourist Travel Shop general director Sergey Tolchin said: «Increasing number of own offices favors growth sales of Intourist’s own tour products. Besides it gives an opportunity to control the quality at the first stage of service – the selection of a tour on clients’ requirements. All new retail outlets are opened with minimum costs in very good locations where potential tourists get used to buy tours».
